I offer taxi services and tours guide for passengers. The availability of services may vary based on location, time, and other factors. I strive to provide timely and safe transportation; however, I cannot guarantee the availability at all times.

- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a ride.
- Be punctual and ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
- Treat driver and vehicle with respect and care.
- Pay all budget associated with your ride as decided on WhatsApp Booking.
- Abide by all local laws and regulations during your ride.
- All bookings made through WhatsApp are subject to driver availability.
- Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- I reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Payments for rides can be made through cash or online banking transfer (Wise).
- If a payment is declined or fails, I reserve the right to refuse service or demand alternative payment arrangements.
- I strive to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all passengers. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
- We are not responsible for any delays or failures in service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical failures.
- I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website, and continued use of my services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
